Your Data Is NOT Our Product
Banyan AI exists to work on your data, not to monetise it.

- We do not analyse it outside your workspace

Your data stays yours, used only to deliver the functionality you explicitly ask for.
AI Is Powerful but Strictly Contained
We use AI where it creates value, and constrain it where it could create risk.
AI does not autonomously change your systems
AI suggestions are validated before execution
Workflows follow strict schemas and permission rules
You can require human approval for sensitive steps

You Stay in Control of Your Data
Banyan AI never “pulls everything”. You are in control of tools you connect, methods you use, data you import. You decide:
Which tools are connected
Which permissions are granted
Which data can be accessed
Which actions are allowed
Most usage is read-only by default. Any action that writes, updates, or deletes data requires explicit configuration — and can be protected with additional confirmation.
Your Data Is Not Used to Train AI

We work only with established AI providers
Where supported, we opt out of data retention and training
Requests are sent only to the provider you select
